Recreation & Activities

Abilities Tennis

Abilities Tennis provides a positive tennis experience for individuals (ages 8 and up) with intellectual disabilities. The program focuses on improving mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being while teaching skills needed to participate in tennis at various levels.

Bowling Buddies

Bowling Buddies is a relaxed, non-competitive league designed for individuals with special needs to socialize and have fun. Participants are grouped into small teams and can bowl up to three games each session, with flexibility based on individual needs.

Dancing Wonders

Dancing Wonders provides a supportive environment where individuals with disabilities can explore dance and express themselves creatively. Participants have opportunities to perform in recitals and local competitions.
